What systems does Lumina integrate with?+

What if my system isn't listed?+
We build a custom connector to it during onboarding. That covers ERPs, warehouse systems, databases, spreadsheets, and file exports. We scope what's needed with you upfront, so there are no surprises.
Do connectors cost extra?+
Your plan includes the standard sales channels: Shopify on Starter, and Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok on Core. Connecting a warehouse system, ERP, accounting tool, or other source is a live connector, priced at £100 a month plus a one-off £550 setup. See /pricing for details.
How long does it take to connect my systems?+
Connecting your systems is part of guided onboarding, which takes a few weeks end to end. Standard sales channels usually connect first; custom connectors are scoped and built alongside the rest of your setup.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store or Amazon account?+
Yes. You can connect several Shopify stores and several Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts, and Lumina brings their demand together into one forecast and replenishment view.
Can Lumina send data back to my systems?+
Yes, where it helps. For example, Lumina can send purchase orders to your 3PL or post month-end stock valuation to your accounting software, so the same information isn't keyed in twice.
Is my data secure?+
We ask only for the access we need, read-only wherever we only need to read. Connector credentials are held in a dedicated secrets manager, and we don't pull customer personal data your planning doesn't need.
