Our story
Lumina started with a pattern we kept seeing. As businesses grew, planning fell outside their core systems and ended up scattered across spreadsheets only one person understood. Teams weren't short of data or effort. They were held back by tools that couldn't reflect how the business worked, where simple changes took months and decisions were made without a shared view of the numbers.
The team behind Lumina has spent years building forecasting and planning systems in demanding environments, where data is messy, assumptions change, and decisions carry real financial consequences. That experience led to a simple belief: the best supply chain software isn't built in isolation. It's built alongside the people who run supply chains.
So we built a system that adapts to how teams operate and evolves as the business grows, instead of locking them into rigid processes. Lumina is led by co-founders Oana Bradulet (CEO) and Pascal Bugnion (CTO), and is based in London.
